It's... charming, and he is imagining getting her picture taken at the post office, filling out the forms and information at the vet.
"I am not sure we will get her to sit still enough for a decent photo." What kind of treats and toys will they have to pull out for that?? Maybe she'll need a grooming first. Gotta make his dog look her best. "Are they as expensive as a regular passport? Do we do it all at the vet?"
